The title comes from the last line of Darwin's book. The album follows a single thread across four billion years: the first cell that copied itself, the tree of life, the human who put fear, love and death into words, and the machines that have now learned those words. Twelve songs, one story, from the dust that wakes up to the inheritance we leave.El título viene de la última frase del libro de Darwin. Stardust: every atom in your body was forged inside a star.     Stardust Engine is a virtual band: its members are characters, and we say so out loud. Behind them is one person, DannyG (a pseudonym), and a lot of AI. Ayla and Liam are the band's spokespeople: when either of them gives an interview, it's DannyG speaking.Stardust Engine es una banda virtual: sus integrantes son personajes, y lo decimos en voz alta. Detrás hay una sola persona, DannyG (un seudónimo), y mucha IA. Ayla y Liam son los voceros de la banda: cuando cualquiera de los dos da una entrevista, es DannyG quien habla.

    How the band was born (the fiction, told as fiction). Two cousins, Ayla in Bogotá and Liam in Cork, traded cassettes by mail for years. In 2019 she left opera; in 2024 he was replaced by the robotic arm he had trained. He flew to Bogotá "for two weeks", stayed three months, and they recorded a demo in a rehearsal room: The Human Engine. They posted it with a question, "who will play this with us?", and Linnea, Hamza, Mei and Moyo answered from four countries. In 2026 SIL arrived. The true story: one person, DannyG (a pseudonym), and a lot of AI.Cómo nació la banda (la ficción, contada como tal).
